The Brembo RCS14 Radial Brake Master Cylinder is ideal for braking systems such as those found on 250-500cc Moto 3 bikes. It features a radial configuration that yields a dramatic increase in stopping power and brake feel over the stock axial master cylinders. The Brembo RCS14 Radial Brake Master Cylinder allows the rider to choose between more power or more precision to best complement their riding style, track/street conditions and other brake components. The unique design of the RCS system offers the flexibility to change the brake lever ratio at the turn of a screw. The 20mm setting provides a more reactive braking response and the 18mm setting allows for better feel and modulation. Additionally, the Brembo lever features an adjustable thumb screw that can be customized to fit a range of riders’ hands. In the event of a crash the outer portion of the lever folds up and away to avoid damage.

The Superbike Brake Line 90° is a kit that has been used by Spears Racing for over 15 years. The kit is a custom length and it designed for each of the Lightweight bikes that Spears Racing supports. This line is made in the USA and is designed to give you a “More Direct” fluid flow into your single brake caliper. The difference between the “Standard Style” the one with a banjo on each end and the Spears Racing Superbike lines is the Spears Racing line will mount into your caliper via an adapter (comes in each kit) this is a direct fluid flow and no longer needs to have fluid feed into a lower banjo and disbursed around a banjo bolt which can cause pressure loss to your braking system.

The decisive factors in achieving more immediate and safer braking action – especially in extreme conditions – are the ability to transfer braking torque, resistance to thermo-mechanical stress and the rapid dispersal of the heat generated by braking.
