Spears Racing’s in stock Inventory are for the KTM RC390 2015/Current. This kit will reduce your unsprung weight/rotational mass by over three pounds.

This kit comes with an 19t or 20t front sprocket and is available with 50, 51t, 52t, 53t, 54t and 55t tooth rear sprockets.

When making your choice for the KTM RC390 415 Lightweight Sprocket Kits the OEM/Stock ratio is 15/45 (3.0) (2015/2020) and the 2021/Current is a 15/44 (2.53) .These sprockets are lighter in weight and will allow for less unsprung weight and rotational mass.

The rear sprocket is made from the highest grade aerospace quality 7075-T651 aluminum and weighs (11.45 oz./324.6 g (53t) depending on tooth count. It is machined not stamped, this way you don’t have to worry about it being ” True to the alignment” of your chain and front sprocket (no wobble).

The drive chain is a racing chain and has a tensile strength of 4,610, and weighs 2.16 lbs./982 Gms.

The KTM RC390 415 Lightweight Sprocket Kits counter shaft sprocket is drilled to be the lightest steel sprocket on the market and the only 415 sprocket that is heat Treated/Hardened and not Zinc plated like most of the others on the market( 19/20 Tooth)
The large reduction in weight and friction translates to .6/.7 extra HP being transferred to the ground instead of being lost to friction. You also will notice faster acceleration and better handling by reducing the gyroscopic effect of the rotating mass
