Superbike Brake Line 90° – Custom Length

The Spears Racing Superbike Brake Line 90° kit has been race-proven by Spears Racing for over 20 years. Each kit is custom-length and purpose-built for the specific Lightweight motorcycles we support.

Unlike a standard brake line that uses banjo fittings on both ends, the Spears Racing Superbike line mounts directly into the OEM caliper through a precision adapter (included in every kit). This creates a straight, unrestricted fluid path into the caliper—eliminating the pressure loss that occurs when fluid has to feed around a banjo bolt. The result is a more direct feel, stronger lever response, and more consistent stopping power.

These Lightweight motorcycles were originally designed with commuting in mind. Upgrading from the stock rubber line to a Spears Superbike stainless-steel line is essential if you want brakes you never have to second-guess—whether you’re on the street or the track.
