Spears Racing developed these Suzuki SV650 high-flow air filter pods specifically for first-generation track-day and race bikes. They are a custom build: they still filter incoming air, but they are designed to let the maximum amount of air into the intake tract.

We spent hours on the dyno with different exhaust systems and jetting configurations so these pods work as a complete intake solution—not just an off-the-shelf filter that happens to fit. Spears Racing has been converting SV650 commuter bikes into race bikes since Suzuki released the model in 1999.

More airflow means you can add more fuel. More fuel means more horsepower. These filters bolt onto the stock Suzuki carburetors on 1999–2002 SV650 models.
