SV650 Intake Manifold Mounting Bolts are Flat head countersunk socket cap screws are they are not intended for high strength application. The OEM Suzuki bolts are Philips headed will tighten down, but once you try to remove the Phillips head bolts you will more than likely striped their head and have to drill them out. This is a very common issue we have seen doing SV650s for over 20 years.
