Kawasaki ZX-4RR Titanium Rotor Bolts are built to Spears Racing specifications. This is a complete 14-piece kit covering the front and rear rotors. Front-only and rear-only sets are also available if you do not need both.

These bolts are a straightforward way to cut unsprung and rotational mass on a small race bike. Unsprung mass is everything between the suspension and the road: wheels, rotors, calipers, and the hardware that holds them. Rotational mass is the part of that weight that has to spin up every time you accelerate.

Heavier rotating parts take more energy to speed up, add friction, and slow the rate at which power reaches the ground. Lighter rotor bolts reduce that penalty. The bike is not only lighter; the wheels respond faster over bumps and the bike accelerates with less effort wasted on spinning hardware. That difference shows up most clearly on small-displacement race bikes, where every gram of rotating weight matters.

Each bolt is a close replica of the OEM design, made in Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V). Compared with the stock steel hardware, the kit is about 45% lighter, highly corrosion resistant, and cut with precision threads for strength and fit.
