Spears Racing Custom Kawasaki Ninja Ex/Er/Z 650 Head gasket overbore are made to Spears Racing Specifications it will be needed for Spears Racing overbore race piston kits. The thickness is .027  and you will need to select the plus 2mm over (680.94cc) or the 3mm over (697.06cc) get more powerful results for Torque and RWHP .These gaskets are spring steel and coated to insure a positive seal on the new engine.

Spears Racing’s Kawasaki Ninja EX/ER 650 Over-Bore Head Gaskets 85mm/86mm .027 is comprised of  Two layers of Stainless Steel. Spears uses Stainless steel for increased strength, its ability to rebound and corrosion resistance. The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides and are  designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. Heat resistant to 250C or 482F

This gasket is used by competitors in major race series like  Motoamerica Twins Class, Isle of Man, and all of the Irish Roadracing series.  This cylinder head gasket is for racing purpose only.
