That means less heat, better fuel economy, and longer life.

Unlike most of the performance shops that use tumblers from Harbor freight and guess at their micro polish ,do believe if its shiny its perfect. We have several stages and industrial machines that we do a rough/cut stage and from there is goes into finial. We begin to work within the particular application to complete by blasting all of the transmission gear shifting parts to maximize the surface area for cleanliness and inspect that the forks, slider and shift drum is ready to be installed and match your Spears Racing undercut transmission.

Micro Polishing will not make your gears stronger (just the surface), but reduced friction means reduced stress which equals better durability under demanding conditions! The surface has increased bearing ratio and enhances the lubricant retention properties of the mating surface.
