Kawasaki Ninja 400 / 500

Drop passenger-peg weight without giving up a proper exhaust mount. The Spears Racing Exhaust Bracket replaces the heavy OEM right-side passenger footpeg / exhaust hanger and still holds the muffler in the factory location. It works with the stock exhaust, aftermarket slip-ons, and full systems.

The bracket is laser-cut from 4 mm 6061 aluminum, tumbled for smooth edges, laser-engraved with the Spears Racing logo, and finished in suede/satin black anodize. Titanium subframe hardware is included for a clean, race-ready install.

Weight savings

• OEM right-side passenger peg: 525 g (1.15 lb)
• Spears bracket with titanium hardware: 130 g (0.29 lb)
• Savings on the right side: nearly 1 lb
• Remove the left-side passenger peg assembly as well and total savings exceed 2 lb

Rear Brake Reservoir Delete
Included in the kit. The stock rear master-cylinder reservoir weighs 70 g. The Spears delete replaces it with a 15 g low-profile setup that keeps the system functional and race-legal in intent, without the bulk.

A patented one-way breather valve helps prevent rear-brake drag caused by changes in atmospheric pressure—useful from high-elevation street rides to sea-level tracks. Tygon tubing resists cracking, sweating, and corrosion from brake fluid. Spring clamps complete the install.
