Febur has created this Kawasaki Ninja 500 Auxiliary Radiator kit approved for World SSP300 class to use in connection with your oem stock radiator .The Febur’s radiators lower the temperatures thanks to the increased surface area, the best quality of the materials and careful studies and design to achieve the best performance. Febur Radiators are hand made from Aluminum in Italy and are used by many professional Teams in Europe and around the world.

These Systems are used to Keep the operating temperatures of the engine optimum by lowering the water temperature due to the increased water volume and surface airflow which in turn will prevent the engine performance from loosing power due to high temperatures. When your race bike reaches high temperatures the engine loses power but with this secondary radiator the temperatures remain steady and without sudden changes. These Febur Radiators radiators lower the temperature from 6 to 15 degrees, depending on the motor of the bike and weather conditions.

These radiators come with hoses, and a protector to cover the surface area against debris. In most cases the hoses will need to be cut to size so we recommend that these are installed by an experienced mechanic, Care has to be taken as to not too close to exhaust headers or necessary precautions used such as heat shield materials or exhaust wrap installed if needed

This is highly recommended for any motorcycle that has any engine work  or you are racing in a warm Climate.

**This kit is designed to fit with racing fairings and race exhaust.**
  **The cooling fans will need to be removed from your race bike.**
