Spears Racings Front/Rear Captive Wheel Spacer kit for the Yamaha FZ07/MT07/R7 are made for the stock  OEM Yamaha rims. Spears Racing unlike its competitors does a real complete rear wheel captive spacer kit, the COMPLETE kit not only has the outer captive spacers but is also includes the inner rim “Long Spacer” and the spacer located on the back side of the sprocket carrier and new wheel seals.

The Spears Racing CNC machined billet aluminum captive wheel spacers allow for faster and easier wheel and tire changes. Stop fumbling with spacers and pinching your fingers! Great for all racers and track day riders!  These Front/Rear Captive Spacer kit Yamaha FZ07/MT07/R7 are engineered to allow the axles to slide into each spacer with The Spears Racing  “Custom Chamfer” precisionly machined from 60/61 aluminum material, and anodized to protect the aluminum surface from undue damage and wear, anodizing aluminum adds a protective coating of aluminum oxide to the metal itself. The durability and longevity of the finish is is why these spacers are the best. This innovative design is machined according to Data the  Spears Racing has collected, and is race proven.

The Front kit weighs 2.75 oz./77.96 g and OEM weighs 6.60 oz./187.107 g  and a savings of 3.85 oz./109.1457 g and this will lessens your unsprung/rotating weight.

The Rear kit weighs 4.25 oz./120.485 g and OEM weighs 11.64 oz./329.998 g and a savings of  7.39 oz./209.503 g and this will lessens your unsprung/rotating weight.

Installation of the complete kits require the removal of at least one wheel bearing per wheel to change the inner spacer.
